Dwight the owner came by my house and put together a complete package for the painting job not only did he save me thousands of dollars by offering all the services I needed under one umbrella B & D is a complete full-service company. B&D came to my rescue! I purchased a 3 bedroom condo in Tuscana and hired them to do a complete renovation plus furnishings + cleaning (PM) . They were very reliable, professional and had amazing staff. My job came in under budget and right on schedule. The place looks amazing and is ready for the short term rental market! Dwight + Bertha (owners) explained everything to me ongoing and even obtained trades on short notice when I had electrical issues. I would 100% recommend B&D for all your renovation, painting, maintenance + property management needs! I definitely will be utilising their services for my FL properties! TEN STARS!

​We met Dwight and Bertha right before we moved back to Brazil. We had contracted other property maintenance and cleaning services in the region, but we were unhappy so we decided to switch. Luckily, we chose B&D as we were not happy. We have been very positively impressed ever since. B&D are great to work with, they take care of every detail as if it was their own property. They are pro-active and impressively responsive to our requests. We are thankful for having chosen them especially after COVID pandemic hit. Did I say that he has a taste for design as well? When renovating my home he mentioned that I should add some more Aqua-colored paint in the bathroom and kitchen.
